It is absolutely possible to study law without clearing CLAT. CLAT is just the gateway to the NLUs. You can always opt for a private university, government universities like GLC, ILS or colleges of IP University for 5 year courses. You can also go for graduation after 12th and then go for a 3 year LLB course.
