If 150 is your starting score, you should be able to fairly easily get to at least the low 160s by mastering the fundamentals. From there, it's definitely possible to get to 170, though by no means guaranteed. You'll have to do a lot of review to figure out your unknown unknowns; the LSAT is a test of much subtlety.
