LLB through distance mode learning is not valid and students should take regular mode admission. One thing that a student should keep in mind is that distance mode learning is not approved by UGC. Legal, law, and order studies are considered to be done through attending regular lectures and completing the course study.
Is distance LLB valid in India?
Because Bar Council of India (Which regulates lawyers profession)does not recognize any distance education degree for LLB. Therefore, even if you managed to obtain one, you will not be able to practice in court with that degree.in simple word you can't become lawyer doing LLB through distance or correspondence mode.
