Dear Rohit, if by private mode you mean distant education, yes, you can. But tonpractise as a lawyer, you should study your Law Course from a recognised University in Regular mode. You can't get a distance LLB that will be recognized by the Bar Council any more. If you want to pursue LLB just for a degree, yes you can.
Is online LLB valid in India?
Because Bar Council of India (Which regulates lawyers profession)does not recognize any distance education degree for LLB. Therefore, even if you managed to obtain one, you will not be able to practice in court with that degree.in simple word you can't become lawyer doing LLB through distance or correspondence mode.
